Sale and shipping condition terms

Forwarded orders are subject to electronic (email) confirmation. After email confirmation and payment received the delivery will be in 7-10 working days of the order’s ship date. Some locations outside Europe may take up to 14 business days.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

WORLD OF BEAUTY  is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that WORLD OF BEAUTY  is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays)

• Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

• Orders with Standard Service are processed within 5 – 7 business days

Payment Terms

All purchases are subject to bank transfer prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Order Status

To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, click on the tracking number next to the order to view the delivery status of your order.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by phone at +39 3482442286 or send an email, within one hour of placement. Once an order is already processed, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Guarantees

As stated in the Conditions of Sale, the products are sold as seen on the Site, in the state they are in, as they are made available and without any guarantee, tacit or expressed. WORLD OF BEAUTY does not provide any tacit or expressed guarantee about the fact that the Site or its contents comply with users’ expectations in terms of continuity of the offer or service. It is understood that some products may be presented by or in combination with images or graphic reproductions whose purpose is merely illustrative.
