The most hated and fought-out aestheticism is in fact characterized by different aspects that determine the type, the stage and where it is located. To choose the right methods to counter it, it is therefore necessary to know this first.
First of all, it is wrong to think that cellulite appears only when we eat badly, the causes can be many and are to be found in genetics, circulatory, hormonal and postural factors.
Types of cellulite:
Compact cellulite usually appears on younger bodies that are in perfect shape, it is a type of painless cellulite that has the typical orange peel appearance. Edematous cellulite, on the other hand, is closely related to water retention and circulatory diseases: the fundamental characteristic is that , unlike the other types of cellulite, it is painful to the touch. The flaccid or soft cellulite instead is the most difficult to fight, it is localized on the legs, inner thigh and often also on the arms making the skin appear little toned and precisely soft, it appears in subjects that are not very active or that do not practice any activity physical or after an important weight loss in subjects previously overweight.

As we know, cellulite is one of the most frequent imperfections in women and unfortunately, with age, this blemish tends to worsen, accumulating more on the hips, thighs, buttocks and arms, representing in some cases also a cause of discomfort and embarrassment. Personally, it also happened to me that I had to give up wearing too tight-fitting clothes or skirts above the knee. Yes I know, it is also true that one must accept one’s body and not pursue perfection, but most of the times this unsightlyness cannot be accepted.
In the winter period, I let myself go a little bit by accumulating quite a few kilos, and after a careful and balanced diet my situation unfortunately worsened causing me as a consequence a little toned and flaccid skin.
