Forwarded orders are subject to\nelectronic (email) confirmation. After email confirmation and payment received\nthe delivery will be in 7-10 working days of the order’s ship date. Some\nlocations outside Europe may take up to 14 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipments to\nForwarding Companies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WORLD OF BEAUTY  is not responsible for damage, defect,\nmaterial difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company.\nThis means that WORLD OF BEAUTY  is not\nresponsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a\nforwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend\nrequesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package\nis lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the\nresponsibility of the freight forwarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Orders are processed and shipped on business days only\n(Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be\nprocessed the following business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Orders with Standard Service are processed within 5 – 7\nbusiness days<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All purchases are subject to bank transfer prior to\nprocessing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, click on\nthe tracking number next to the order to view the delivery status of your\norder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order\nCancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by phone at +39 3482442286 or send an email, within one hour of placement. Once an order is already processed, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
