WORLD OF BEAUTY BOX KISSED BY THE SUN
Hello and welcome back!
As you know if you follow me on Instagram, some time ago I was lucky enough to be chosen as an influencer by the Italian company World of Beauty of which I have already spoken extensively.
In the previous articles I showed you the face and body products and today we will discover their Sun Care line.
After months of uncertain weather, the sun peeked out and we can finally start enjoying the summer and spend a few hours in absolute relaxation.
Whether it’s the beach, swimming pool, lake, mountains or any other place, the key word is always “PROTECTION”!
Obviously there are those who can not wait to have the much desired amber complexion, but it is necessary to know that exposure to the sun without any screen is one of the main factors of skin aging and various problems such as erythema or fine spots to get to tumors (UV-A and UV-B rays are generally responsible for them).
For this reason, sun creams and SPF help us, the protection factor ranging from a minimum of 6-0 up to 50+ to choose based on your skin type.
Although I belong to the category of those people who tan very easily, for the first exposures I prefer the SPF 30 (sometimes even 50), to be safer and avoid burns, even if they are usually rare on me.
Sun Care World of Beauty products are dermatologically tested and rich in natural anti oxidants.
World of Beauty Absolute Sun 30 is an ideal emulsion for all skin types, even the lightest.
Formulated with Pure Argan Oil, botanical extracts, Betacarotene and Vitamin E, it hydrates the face and body protecting them from UVA and UVB rays and ensuring a beautiful and bright tan.
The consistency is neither full-bodied nor too fluid and with a light massage it absorbs well without leaving white marks, obviously if you put too many it will take a little longer to disappear therefore apply only a nut of product.
I really like the texture because it is light but it is at the same time effective and, like other creams of this brand, it has a very good perfume. It is not Water-Resistant so it needs to be reapplied after taking a bath, but if nothing else it does not dissolve making the milky effect on the whole body which then goes to spread in water.
On the face for my dry skin it is fine and can be considered a good base for make-up if applied in the right doses and massaged properly. The excessive quantity for a fatty type can make the face shiny, but with the necessary precautions it can be fine and (importantly) not sticky.
Having tried it for a while now, I can say that it is very good and protects even the most delicate points where the skin is thinner (for example, my weak point is the back of the foot that tends to redden quickly).
My mom used it too, she has a clear skin, very clear indeed, and she had no problems.
The other reference contained in the Kissed by the Sun box is Absolute Sun Tan Prologer.
It is an after sun cream based on Oils, Natural Extracts, Vitamins and Shea Butter that helps maintain a lasting tan by acting as a cell repairer and preventing the signs of aging.
After a nice regenerating bath with the Nutrient Bath Gel Polinesian Vanilla, just apply it on the face and body in order to soothe the skin exposed to the sun for a long time, it is going to hydrate it and giving relief to the most reddened areas. Easy to apply (even if more liquid than sunscreen), with a fairly fast absorption, to the touch you can perceive silkiness and softness accompanied by a fragrance that, however, I personally perceive more acute than the other, but which over time fades remaining delicate at the right point.
In the summer I wasn’t really used to use an after sun or something specific because the classic body cream was fine and I just added some shea butter if I had some sunburn.
With the Tan Prolonger I noticed that the tan is much more homogeneous and if a redder spot occurs within a few hours it fades, everything becomes uniform avoiding the formation of spots.
Regardless of exposure to the sun, I recommend it just as a face-body cream because in addition to being a specific treatment that prolongs the tan, moisturizes and nourishes, eliminating the sensation of dryness and skin tension that are often felt after the sunny days.
World of Beauty also paid me homage to an elegant clutch bag that will come with me during my next holidays and to two samples of Polynesian Vanilla Body Cream and Akoia Sublime Diamond Global that I have already reviewed in previous articles and which I invite you to read if you have not already done so.
Have you already found your pairing of the heart?
